Risk disclosure
Last updated 23 September 2026
Read this before launching a coin or trading one. An ad in Times Square does not make a coin worth anything.
01Coins can go to zero
Coins launched on pump.fun are highly speculative. Their price moves on trading alone, can fall to nothing within minutes, and is not supported by SquarePaid, the agency or anyone else. Only use money you can afford to lose.
02A goal may never be reached
A booking is paid for only by the coin's creator fees. If the coin is not traded enough, the vault may never cover its booking and the ad will not run. The fees stay in the vault for that coin.
03Bookings depend on third parties
CryptoVirally and the screen's owner decide the schedule, can refuse an ad that breaks their rules, and can change their prices. Airtime shorter than a day is priced from the day's rate and is confirmed with the agency at the time of the order.
04Chain and market risk
Solana, pump.fun and the exchange rates used to price bookings can fail, change or move. SOL is sold for the payment at the moment of the order; a 3% buffer covers ordinary moves, but not all of them.
05Scams using this name
SquarePaid never asks for a seed phrase, never sends a message first and never asks you to send funds to a person. The only transactions it asks your wallet to sign are the two shown on the launch page.
